Experience. Skill. Talent. These are qualities that most dentists look for when selecting their staff. However, when Dr. Gleave sought professionals to join our team, he was looking for something more. He wanted people who had an ability to be gentle and pleasant, a real concern for our patients’ dental health, and an innate desire to care for people.
Many patients say Dr. Gleave has found the perfect team – the right combination of expertise and compassion. |
Rodney S. Gleave, DMD
Dr. Gleave has always wanted to be a dentist. In fact, he says that if he were given the option to choose a profession all over again, he would still pick dentistry. It’s this love of the field and his ability to care for people using state-of-the-art tools and technology that make him a one-of-a-kind dentist today.
After graduating from Brigham Young University in 1986, Dr. Gleave entered the College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina and earned his DMD in 1990. He held a general practice residency in Loma Linda, California before setting up his present private practice.
Dr. Gleave continues to study and explore the field of dentistry. He has attended over a thousand hours of continuing education courses. Most recently, his studies have covered dental implants, anterior aesthetics, endodontics, periodontics, Invisalign®, oral surgery, and other areas in dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists, and a member of Academy of LDS Dentists. Throughout the year, he also volunteers his time and dental expertise to the ADA's Give Kids a Smile® program, which provides dental services to kids who do not have access to quality dental care.

Our Team
You won’t find a nicer person than Brenda anywhere. She has worked
as our dental assistant for the past six years. During that time, she
has helped keep our patients comfortable while she assisted the doctor.
Linda, one of our dental hygienists, has worked
for me for about 8 years. If you like a very through, and aggressive
cleaning then Linda is your best choice. You will definitely feel
you get your money’s worth
with Linda. If you want her to take it easy then just let her know
and she is more than willing to accommodate. She has over 20 years
experience and has worked in several periodontal offices in the
past. She works on Wednesdays.
Sandy, one of our dental hygienists, is here Monday, Tuesday,
and Thursday. She has about 10 years experience. She also will
provide you with a very complete and through cleaning. She will
carefully look for any signs of gum disease and then properly address
it with you. You can be assured that early detection and treatment
will save you expensive and more painful treatment in the future.
Always remember that in the long run to have healthy teeth you
have to maintain it. With regular, more frequent cleanings you’ll
spend less and have easier cleanings over time.
