Many of our patients who are interested in changing the look of their front teeth want to know what their teeth will look like before they commit to getting them fixed. We have several options. We can provide a digital image from one of our photos. We will most likely take study models and send them into our lab to have the changes made so you can see. Sometimes it’s necessary to place composite directly onto the teeth without bonding it to let you see what approximate changes we will be able to make. And sometimes we actually have to prepare the teeth and place a temporary for you to wear for awhile, make the needed adjustments and then proceed to the final restorations.

Before & After Photos

Patient # 1
This patient had a collapsed bite and severely broken down teeth. We placed him in a new vertical position to evaluate his bite and the esthetics. After several weeks we restored his top teeth in porcelain, but still need to finish the lower.

Patient # 2
This patient again had a very broken down bite. It was either remove all the teeth or restore them at one. We placed a temporary bite and smile in to evaluate the new position and then continued on with the porcelain teeth on the top and will complete the case with porcelain crowns on the lower soon.

Patient # 3
This patient had worn and ground down his teeth so severely he would have soon had to have them extracted on the lower anterior. We placed him into some temporary overlays as a transitional until we were able to restore all his teeth in porcelain at the new opened position.

Patient # 4
We placed this patient into these temporary crowns to evaluate the length and esthetics. He will be able to function with this for several months if need be until he is ready to have the porcelain crowns made.
